The Internet of Things (IoT) has revolutionized industries by providing real-time data streams that can be leveraged to gain meaningful insights. In the context of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), IoT data streams offer new opportunities for personalized customer interactions, operational efficiencies, and enhanced decision-making. This research explores the integration of IoT data streams into CRM systems, emphasizing the challenges and methodologies for incorporating real-time sensor data into CRM processes. By analyzing the synergy between IoT data and CRM systems, this study demonstrates how these integrations can improve customer engagement, predictive analytics, and overall service delivery. The study employs statistical and simulation methodologies to evaluate the impact of IoT-enabled CRM systems on customer insights and business performance. Results show that IoT integration leads to a more accurate understanding of customer behavior and preferences, enabling businesses to tailor their strategies and services more effectively.
