Abstract

User Experience (UX) testing has become a critical component in the design and development of modern products. Despite its recognized importance, many organizations struggle to systematically integrate UX testing outcomes into iterative product development processes. This study proposes a comprehensive framework that bridges the gap between UX insights and actionable product development strategies. The framework is developed through a mixed-methods approach, combining a systematic literature review, expert interviews, and simulation research. Statistical analysis of preliminary data demonstrates significant relationships between structured UX testing and enhanced design decisions. The simulation experiments further validate the framework’s efficacy by modeling a variety of product development scenarios. The results indicate that the integration of UX testing results can lead to improved product quality, reduced development cycles, and increased user satisfaction. Implications for both practitioners and researchers are discussed, along with recommendations for future work in refining integration strategies.
